2. Why we collect it

We use your data to provide dashboards, planning, AI recommendations, exports, alerts/notifications, and the features you enable. We also use it to prevent fraud/abuse, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability.

3. Providers

FinRovex may use third parties such as Stripe (billing), market data APIs (pricing), and banking APIs (bank sync) when enabled. When you connect external providers, the data available to FinRovex depends on the permissions you grant and the provider's policies.

4. AI features

AI recommendations are generated from the information you provide (and synced data when enabled). You control what you enter and what you connect. AI output is informational and may be incorrect. Always verify before acting.

5. Security

We apply security controls to protect your information. No method is 100% secure, but we continuously improve protections. Sensitive configuration values (e.g., provider secrets) can be encrypted at rest when a site encryption key is configured.

6. Data retention

We retain your data while your account is active so the service works as expected. You can request deletion at any time.

7. Cookies

We use cookies for login sessions and basic security. You can disable cookies, but the service may not function.
